Volunteers continue to play an important role in the continued success of the Women’s Centre as we rely on volunteers to participate as members of our Board of Directors as well as inspiring creativity and vitality among our membership. Volunteers actively participate in numerous aspects of the Women’s Centre operations including fun and meaningful programs and events held throughout the academic year.

As a volunteer you will meet other students who share common interests, learn about gender and social justice issues, gain valuable organizational and leadership experience and promote positive action in the community.

Volunteers are asked to commit to a minimum of one hour per week. The volunteer training begins in October, but new volunteers are welcome at anytime. For an application please contact the Event & Volunteer Coordinator by email or in person.
