ABOUT US University of Regina South Asian Students' Association (URSASA) is a club founded by the students from Indian Subcontinent at the University of Regina. Indian subcontinent includes Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The primary objective of the Club is to provide information and help to the new students arriving at the University of Regina from Indian Subcontinent. Other objectives include promoting the cultures of the Indian subcontinent, providing source of friendship to the students on Campus and organizing entertaining and recreational activities.
URSASA is not affiliated with any political party or organization and does not promote any religion or religious thoughts. URSASA is purely a students association established by students of the University of Regina. URSASA is a non-profitable organisation. All the funds available are used to achieve the objectives of the organisation and no funds will be used for the benefit of any member. No activity of URSASA should be in violation of any applicable Federal or Provincial laws of Canada including the charter of rights and freedom and the universal declaration of human rights. |
